Regulations of Kocierz Resort

§ 1

SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
The Regulations define the subject of the provision of services, liability and stay at the Hotel and are an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing the registration card as well as by performing concluding activities, in particular by making a reservation and/or paying a deposit or the entire amount due for the stay at the Hotel. . By performing the above activities, the Guest confirms that he or she has read and accepts the terms and conditions of the Regulations.

The Regulations apply to all persons staying at the Kocierz Resort, Targanice ul. Beskidzka 206, 34-120 Andrychów.

The regulations are available for viewing at the Hotel Reception and at www.kocierz.pl

The guest's guardian is the hotel reception, ext. 600

§ 2
HOTEL NIGHT
The hotel room is rented for hotel days.

Check-in time in rooms is from 15:00 to 11:00 the next day.

Please confirm your departure date upon check-in. For shortening the stay, an additional fee of 50% of the confirmed room price is charged. Free changes to the length of stay can only be made on the day of arrival, if the booked rate allows it.

The guest should submit a request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival no later than 20:00 on the day before check-out from the Hotel. The hotel will take into account the request to extend the stay, subject to room availability.

For an additional fee, the guest may extend the hotel day in the room at the current daily rate, in consultation with the Reception.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay at the hotel in the event of failure to make full payment for the current period of stay and in the event of non-compliance with the regulations.

We are one of the first in Poland to offer, at the request of our guests, ECO rooms, i.e. rooms without any devices emitting radiation that may be harmful, such as TV sets, monitors, etc.
§ 3
RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN
The basis for check-in is to present an ID document with a photo at the reception and sign the registration card. In case of refusal to present the document in a way enabling check-in, the receptionist is obliged to refuse to issue the room key.

The reservation confirmation automatically generated by the hotel system is an integral part of the reservation and check-in conditions.

Reservations made at the Hotel may be:

warranted

not guaranteed

Guaranteed reservations are understood by the Hotel as all reservations that have been confirmed by a deposit payment or pre-authorization made by the Hotel on the Guest's credit card.

If the reservation is guaranteed and the Guest does not show up at the Hotel and does not cancel the reservation by 17:00 p.m., the Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest with the costs of the paid guarantee.

Non-guaranteed reservations are understood by the Hotel as all reservations that have not been confirmed by a deposit payment or pre-authorization by the Hotel on the Guest's credit card.

If the guest does not show up by 17 p.m. on the day of arrival, any non-guaranteed reservation will be automatically canceled by the hotel system. In order to guarantee a reservation for late arrival, the hotel asks for a reservation guarantee.

A hotel guest cannot transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he/she paid the fee for the stay has not expired.

Persons not registered at the hotel may stay as guests in the hotel room from 7:00 a.m. to 22:00

The stay of unregistered persons in the Guest's hotel room after 22.00 p.m. is tantamount to the consent of the Guest renting the room to accommodate these persons in the room for a fee. Each person will be accommodated at the current price of an extra bed for an adult, from the price list available at the hotel reception

The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the Regulations during the previous stay, in particular by causing damage to the property of the hotel or Guests, personal injury to Guests, hotel employees or other persons staying in the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card upon check-in or collect a cash deposit equal to the amount due for the entire stay.

If the Guest cancels his/her stay during the hotel day, the Hotel will not refund the fee for a given day.

The deposit paid is non-refundable.
§ 4
SERVICES
The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard.

In case of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to immediately report them to the Reception, which will enable the employees to react and improve the standard of services provided.

The hotel is obliged to provide guests with:

conditions for complete and unrestricted rest,

security of stay, including security of confidentiality of information about the Guest,

professional and courteous service in all services provided at the Hotel,

cleaning the room and making necessary repairs to equipment during the Guest's absence, and in his presence only if he so wishes

Additionally, at the Guest's request, the Hotel provides the following services free of charge:

providing information related to your stay and travel,

wake-up at the designated time

storing money and valuables during the Guest's stay at the Hotel, in a deposit at the Reception, subject to § 6 section 4 of the Regulations,

storing the guest's luggage,

ordering a taxi

Guests can use free of charge:

Wellness recreational area, unless otherwise stated

hotel parking lot

At the request of a Guest staying at the Hotel with small children, a cot and other facilities for families can be added to the room free of charge (please confirm availability in advance at the Hotel Reception).

§ 5
GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY
At the hotel, children under 12 years of age should be under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians will be financially liable for any damage to items of equipment and technical devices resulting from the children's actions.

The hotel guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the hotel's equipment and technical devices resulting from his or her fault or the fault of people visiting him or her. The hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for any damage caused after his departure.

The amount charged for the resulting damage will be the amount from the equipment price list or will depend on the costs that the Hotel must incur to restore the damaged items to their original condition. The equipment price list is attached as Annex 2 to the Regulations. Items not included in the Price List are subject to individual valuation.

Dangerous goods, weapons, ammunition, flammable, explosive or illuminating materials cannot be stored in hotel rooms.

For reasons of fire safety, it is prohibited to use open fire in any form in hotel rooms and other rooms.

The Guest will not cause, and the Hotel will not allow, excessive noise on the Hotel premises, unpleasant odors escaping from the hotel room, or in any other way disturb, harm or irritate other Hotel Guests.

Each time when leaving the room, the Guest should check that the door is closed for safety reasons.

Unjustified use of the Manual Fire Caller (ROP) results in a fine of PLN 500 and a fine from the Rescue Services.

Due to the nature and surroundings of the facility, smoking is strictly prohibited in the Kocierz Resort in accordance with the Act of April 8, 2010 amending the Act on health protection against the consequences of using tobacco and tobacco products and the Act on the State Sanitary Inspection (Journal of Laws No. 81, item 529). The cost of additional cleaning and activation of the fire alarm is PLN 500.

In the event of a violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the Hotel may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Hotel's requests, settle the amount due for previous services, pay for any damage and leave the Hotel.

The hotel has a statutory right of lien on items brought by the Guest to the Hotel in the event of the Guest's delay in settling the payment for the stay or failure to settle the amount due for the services provided.

At Kocierz Resort, it is strictly forbidden to bring and consume alcohol and your own food to the Inn, dining rooms and terraces.

It is strictly forbidden to bring and consume alcoholic beverages and food in the SPA & Wellness zone.

§ 6
HOTEL LIABILITY
The hotel is liable for the loss or damage of items brought by persons using its services to the extent specified in the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code.

The guest should notify the reception desk about the damage immediately after discovering it.

The hotel is liable for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value only if these items are left for safekeeping in the hotel depository located at the Reception.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept high-value items, large amounts of money, large-sized items and items that pose a threat to security as a hotel deposit.

The hotel is not liable for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, items left in it or live animals, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the hotel parking lot or outside the hotel premises.

The hotel has liability insurance in the parking lot for vehicles using it. In the event of damage, in order to use this insurance, you must provide the vehicle's registration number when checking in at the Hotel.

The hotel is not responsible for disturbing the silence by other hotel guests. The hotel provides facility security that responds as quickly as possible after receiving information
about the incident.

§ 7
THINGS LEFT OUT
Personal items left by the departing Guest in the hotel room will be stored by the Hotel for a period of three months. After this period and no information from the Guest, these items will become the property of the Hotel.

Found items will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest, at his expense.

Due to their properties, food products will be stored for 12 hours, and cosmetics for two weeks.

§ 8
CURFEW
The hotel has a quiet night from 22 p.m. to 00 a.m. the following day.

Each guest staying in the Kocierz Resort building receives information about possible disruptions to the peace and quiet caused by organized music events in the booking confirmation and/or upon check-in at the Hotel.

§ 9
COMPLAINTS
Guests have the right to submit complaints if they notice any deficiencies in the quality of services provided.

All complaints are accepted in writing by the Hotel Reception.

A complaint should be submitted immediately after noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided.

Confirmation of acceptance of the complaint is the signature of the Guest and the signature of the person accepting the letter.

§ 10
ANIMALS IN THE HOTEL
Only pets (non-aggressive dogs* and cats) are allowed in the Hotel.

The cost of each animal's stay at the hotel is PLN 80 for the first day. Each additional one costs PLN 40/day.

Pets should be kept in the owners' rooms.

Dogs must be walked on a leash and with a muzzle, under the care of the owner or an authorized person.

It is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the SPA and the Aquapark

If the bedding in the room where the animal stays is soiled (hair, mud) or damaged, the owner is obliged to buy the entire set of bedding for PLN 200/piece.

Dog owners are obliged to clean up dirt left by dogs on the premises and in the surroundings of the Hotel.

All damage to the Hotel's property or the property of other guests caused by animals will be assessed by the Hotel Management and the owners will be charged with the costs.

The hotel is not responsible for animals disturbing the peace.

§ 11
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
The guest consents to the processing and storage of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) Stanpol Sp. z o. o., ul. Krakowska 61, 34-120 Andrychów for the needs necessary for the Guest's stay at the Hotel and for the Guest to use other services provided by the Hotel. The guest has the right to access and correct his or her personal data. It is prohibited to carry out door-to-door sales and sales, as well as gambling activities in the Hotel.

Beginning a stay at the hotel is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these regulations by the Guest.

Apart from a slight rearrangement of furniture and equipment that does not affect their functionality and safety of use, guests are not allowed to make any changes to the hotel rooms and their equipment.

Due to the comfort of all Guests, it is strictly forbidden to enter or stay in the restaurant in full clothing, i.e. swimsuit, bathrobe, etc.
