SPA regulations
- These regulations define the rules for using the services at SPA Kocierz.
- Admission to the Kocierz SPA is possible only after reading the regulations.
- Children under 16 years of age may stay in SPA Kocierz only under the care and responsibility of their parents or legal guardians. Children are obliged to comply with all rules applicable to adult clients of SPA Kocierz.
- Youth under 18 may use the services of SPA Kocierz only with the consent of their parent
or legal guardian. - On the premises of SPA Kocierz it is prohibited to:
- bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages
- tobacco use
- drug use
- introducing animals
- trade and acquisition
- An employee of SPA Kocierz may refuse to perform a treatment if the client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other stimulants.
- SPA Kocierz recommends that clients book treatments a few days before their planned date.
- If there is no prior reservation, the customer may use the services provided there are free places.
- The service is booked after the employee checks the given date and confirms the reservation verbally or, if the client contacted us via e-mail, in writing.
- Before starting SPA treatments, please read the SPA etiquette available in the SPA Kocierz price list.
- The reservation is valid for a maximum of 10 minutes. In the event of failure to arrive for the scheduled treatment or failure to inform the SPA reception about the cancellation of the treatment at least 3 hours before its planned performance, the Client will be charged an amount of 40% of the value of the agreed treatment, and if the type of treatment is not determined, the amount of PLN 100.
- SPA Kocierz reserves the right to change opening hours due to technical reasons or other special events.
- For damage to SPA property caused by the client's actions, the client bears full financial responsibility.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions.
- The Kocierz SPA Customer Card entitles only the card owner to use it.
- In matters not specified in these regulations, the decision is made
- SPA Manager Kocierz.
- SPA Kocierz is open every day from 10.00 to 20.00.
- The Regulations are valid from March 01, 2008 until further notice.
