Regulations on the use of electric car charging stations in the Kocierz Resort parking lot in Targanice

§ 1

1. These regulations ("Regulations") govern the rules for using the electric car charging station in the parking lot of the Kocierz Resort Hotel, ul. Beskidzka 206, 34-120 Targanice ("Parking").

2. The regulations were established by the Management Board of LS Invest Sp. z o. o., which is the owner of the Kocierz Resort Hotel ("Hotel"). The regulations may be changed at any time.

3. In the parking lot there are two (2) marked electric car charging stations, each including technical infrastructure and separate parking spaces for parking the car. The stations, despite being marked with the Porsche brand, are intended for electric passenger cars of all brands ("Charging stations") with an adequate charging socket (Type 2) or an appropriate adapter.

4. The Regulations apply to all persons using the Charging Station. Cars of persons who violate the provisions of the Regulations may be removed by the Hotel from places near the Charging Stations.

5. Each person driving a car by entering the Charging Station area agrees to the provisions of the Regulations, undertakes to comply with them and is liable to the Hotel for compliance with the Regulations.

§ 2

1. The Charging Station can be used XNUMX hours a day, every day of the week.

2. Charging can be started after contacting the hotel reception (tel. +33 8750600)

3. Charging stations are intended only for charging electric passenger cars, i.e. electric cars (BEV) or hybrid cars with battery charging function (PHEV), and the spaces designated at them cannot be used for parking other cars or other vehicles.

4. Price list of electric car charging stations:

a. Hotel guests – PLN 25 (50% discount) for connecting to the station (unlimited energy and time of use) upon presenting the hotel card at the reception and/or confirming the name and room number.
b. Guests who do not use accommodation services but use other services of Kocierz Resort - PLN 50 for connecting to the station (unlimited energy and time of use).
c. Drivers of Porsche electric cars using the hotel's services - free of charge after confirmation at the hotel reception.
d. The Hotel may at any time prevent the use of the Charging Station by persons who are not authorized to do so (do not use the services of Kocierz Resort), have not reported the fact of charging at the reception or have not paid the fee

5. The fee is charged before charging begins

§ 3

The basic rules for using the Charging Station include:

1. The Charging Station can only be used while the car is charging.

2. To start charging, connect the Charging Station plug to the car yourself.

3. It is strictly forbidden to use the Charging Station by:

a. Cars transporting flammable, corrosive, explosive materials and other similar materials and substances that may pose a threat to persons and property,
b. Cars serving as mobile shops, if their purpose was to conduct commercial activities in the Parking lot,
c. Internal combustion cars, including hybrid cars without a charging function.
4. It is forbidden to leave animals in the car at the Charging Station,

5. Park the car in the designated place at the Charging Station, immobilize it, turn off the engine and lights, close the windows, doors and trunk.

6. Independent protection of the car against theft or burglary by the person driving the vehicle.

7. Leave the plug of the Charging Station after charging is completed in the place intended for this purpose (socket on the side of the charging station).

§ 4

1. Any interference with the technical infrastructure of the Charging Station is prohibited.

2. Any irregularities in the operation of the Charging Station, as well as in case of doubts as to the method of using the Charging Station, should be reported immediately to the Kocierz Resort reception.

§ 5

The manager is not liable:

1. For the consequences of using the Charging Station contrary to its intended use or the Regulations

2. For any interruptions in the operation of the Charging Station; Each Charging Station may be taken out of service at any time, temporarily or permanently.

3. For any damage resulting from force majeure, theft (burglary, robbery, etc.), destruction or damage to cars located at the Charging Station, as well as to items left in them or constituting their equipment.

4. For the consequences of the actions of third parties.

§ 6

1. If the user violates the provisions of the Regulations, the Hotel may take measures necessary to restore the condition in accordance with the Regulations, including by removing the car from the Charging Station or using a mechanical lock of the car.

2. In the cases specified in section 1, the car user is obliged to cover the costs related to removing the car from the Charging Station and securing and storing it until the car is collected by the user by paying a fee of PLN 500.

3. The User is responsible for any damage caused by the vehicle or arising in connection with the use of the Charging Station.
