I recommend this facility. Great location, nice rooms equipped with everything you need (fridge, coffee and tea set, hairdryer). A rich SPA offer plus the possibility of downloading free bathrobes. Free parking. Nice service both in the hotel and inn. Very good food, rich breakfasts. A large children's corner in the inn with a seasonal animation offer. The downside is cold water in the jacuzzi. The K2 club is past its glory days and requires renovation/refreshing, the table tennis table needs to be replaced. However, I rate the entire stay as excellent, I think it is even better in the summer due to the large number of outdoor attractions. I'll be happy to come back 🙂 - 21/02/2024 

A place worth recommending for families with children. Beautiful location, close to tourist trails, Żywiec, wild nature around. The hotel itself is modern, very nice rooms, great food and lots of attractions. The downside is the playroom where children are left alone without any supervision outside of classes. A wedding at Kocierz Resort is a dream come true! We chose the beautiful "Kocierzanka" hall connected to a patio with a fantastic view. The preparations went very smoothly and professionally thanks to the help of Mr. Michał, who turned out to be a patient and committed coordinator throughout the entire preparation period. On the wedding day, the staff rose to the challenge, surprised us with their extraordinary approach to all guests, worked like a "well-oiled machine", delivering meals efficiently and as agreed. As for the meals themselves, we can't count the compliments on the food! Even the youngest guests were delighted with it :) We highly recommend Kocierz Resort, because beautiful memories are created there that will last a lifetime :) - 05/02/2024 

So far, I have only used the swimming pool and the restaurant as an outside guest. I don't recommend the swimming pool. A great place for a family holiday. A children's playroom right next to the restaurant allows parents to enjoy a cup of coffee in peace. The animator is great at taking care of children of all ages. In 2023, we decided to spend New Year's Eve as a family. We chose the Kocierz Spa hotel. It was the most beautiful New Year's Eve in our lives. Beautiful nature around forests. We spent three days there. The organization was excellent. We were surrounded by professional care. The food was wonderful and beautifully presented. New Year's Eve was festive, beautiful decorations and great music. And most importantly, we all had fun together as a family. During their stay, the children received professional care. Clean and well-decorated rooms. The restaurant offers tasty food (both breakfast and à la carte dishes) and very nice and professional service. Nice pool. Hotel staff without any reservations.
